Looking for Part-Time Site Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary) - Sample
Job Description
- Oversee and manage plumbing and sanitary works for the project.
- Prepare and review method statements, technical submissions, and work procedures.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed on time and according to plan.
- Handle cost estimation, material take-off, and technical evaluation.
- Prepare design and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
- BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
- Prior site supervision experience in plumbing & sanitary or M&E works is an advantage.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of PUB and safety regulations.
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and hands-on site supervision ability.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
