From the first day I decided to make my lifelong dream come true, I created Café Voi La to be a cozy, happy and homey place where I can serve good quality comfort food brought directly from my kitchen to your table, home- cooked style. My children, family and friends have always supported me in celebrating simple pleasures of doing what I love most. One of which is the love and joy of cooking and sharing this with all of you. Here at Café Voi La, I have trained our chefs, baristas and service crew to cook and serve you the best way they can, day in and day out, with one goal in mind: to make you happy! At Café Voi La, we celebrate and share with you the joy and love for good food! I have prepared a menu to represent the best of what I have to offer. Through my many journeys especially around Southeast Asia, I have picked up many flavors along the way. Each one is so unique yet so similar in a way that makes it truly Asian. Every ingredient we use is carefully sourced to keep the flavors as authentic as possible from a kaffir lime leaf to the palm sugar in our curries and satays, to each coffee bean that we grind and serve in our variety of coffees and teas. Whether sourced locally or procured in some exotic market in Hanoi or Chiang Mai, I travel all over handpicking these wonderful ingredients and it brings me happiness to share them with all of you! I made them my own way, putting my little story in each of them. I hope you savor and enjoy these creations I have to offer.
