SYLPAULJOYCE FURNITURE, LIGHTS AND DECOR is a one-stop furniture shop providing customers with endless possibilities of home essentials and home improvements at best value making furniture-shopping experience remarkable. We are known for bringing affordable yet high-quality products to our wide-range of customers: families from classes A to D, private companies, and even local government offices. We strive to be the leading furniture company in Luzon by bringing joy in every Filipino home through continuous understanding of our customers’ needs in creating an adaptable and comfortable living. We bring an extensive selection of imported home and office furniture, lights, and decor to provide all the needs of our customers in furnishing either a dream house or a business office. Most of our items are imported from Singapore, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.

SYLPAULJOYCE FURNITURE, LIGHTS AND DECOR is a family owned business, which started in year 2000. The first store was named Caliver A Enterprises, in Batangas City built with the owners’ 20 years of sales and management experience, confidence and passion. In 2004, the company has already put up three additional stores in Lipa City, Lemery, Batangas and San Pablo City carrying the name SYLPAULJOYCE FURNITURE, LIGHTS AND DECOR. Short-term operation at SM City Batangas paved the way for the company to enter mall retailing.

In 2005, SYLPAULJOYCE FURNITURE, LIGHTS AND DECOR started to source overseas for furniture products. Finally, in 2007, SYLPAULJOYCE FURNITURE, LIGHTS AND DECOR was registered as a stock corporation under the name Sylpauljoyce Corporation. Now, the company has 11 mall branches and 8 stand-alone shops located in different areas of Metro Manila and Southern Luzon Region.

Promise of Quality

SYLPAULJOYCE FURNITURE, LIGHTS AND DECOR have more than 500 product items in different furniture categories, style and price. Designs are updated twice in a year; some designs are retained based on their performance in the market, some are phased out. Products are carefully sourced to ensure quality upon delivery to warehouse. The warehouse controller properly and diligently checks each product to make sure there are no damages or else products are subject to pull-out by the supplier. Knocked-down or ready-for-assemble products are properly packaged while sofas are wrapped by rice mats or film wraps to avoid handling and transportation damages. Products are stocked in the warehouse according to product category and by weight to avoid storage damages.
