THE COMPANY
Minimalist Architects PH was established in October 2020 by Ar. Neil Angelo Honorica. A young company based in Lipa City, Batangas, with humble beginnings that started by doing renovation works for most parts of Batangas, Laguna, Cavite and Metro Manila.
The company started with partner consultants only with zero employee until the first year. It is a BIR and DTI registered company that caters both Design Only and Design + Build Services. As of Q1 of 2025, the company has grown exponentially with more 120 projects spread over Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon provinces and Metro Manila, and still growing. It is one of the fastest growing design and build company in Lipa City, Batangas Province and the whole CALABARZON region.
THE ARCHITECT
A Filipino architect in Calabarzon. Originally from the small town of Atimonan, Quezon, now living in Lipa City, Batangas. Graduated Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas Manila.
Both a licensed Architect and Real Estate Broker. With more than 15 years of experience in residential design, construction and property development.
His design style is minimalist, inspired by famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
