What We Do
Grand Placement offers services with a three-part management package that will cover manpower conceptualization, planning, processing, and mobilization:
1. Human Resources Consulting
We discuss with our clients their overall manpower requirements for suitable human resources concept specifically meeting their target and objectives.
We will manage, oversee and direct manpower supply for the implementation of the end-to-end services (from sourcing of talents to deployment of the workers).
2. Recruitment, Selection and Deployment Process
We cover the actual recruitment, selection and deployment mobilization of the required manpower for our client. Services covered under this process are as follows:
- Candidate sourcing
- Pre-screening/ pre-qualification of candidates
- Personal or web-based interviews
- Trade Testing (optional)
- Medical Examination
- POEA Certificate & Documentation
- Visa filing (if done in the Philippines)
- Arrange Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) as required by POEA
- In house pre-departure orientation for workers (optional)
- Airline booking for candidates to be deployed (optional)
3. Other Value Added Service
Post-Deployment Assistance
Our Service goes beyond deployment stage. We offer both our client and applicant post-deployment services which include: family assistance, especially during emergency situations, resolution of concerns of client and/or applicant, return travel processing, and other related services.
Training
Our clients are given the option to avail our training services through our affiliated training centers that will reinforce the skills of the workers and further enhance work expectations from employers. This training option can be customized by our affiliates in accordance to the requirements of our employer clients.
