Our roots started from Pacific Office Machines, Inc. which was founded in 1963, a distributor of a wide array of world-class products and services. Pacific Office Solutions, Inc. is engaged primarily in business to business (B2B) and business to government (B2G) sales. Our main product groups are Court Reporting Systems, Point-of-Sale Systems, Cash Handling Systems, Paper Handling Systems, Document Imaging Systems, Check Processing Systems, and Self-Service Systems. POSI has a dynamic research and development team that can provide the specific needs of our clients. POSI has a nationwide service base with fully trained technicians and IT personnel that can provide comprehensive after-sales support such as installation, training, maintenance, and repairs. We also have a centralized helpdesk support group to facilitate your queries and concerns. Lately, POSI has been focusing on developing modern machine shorthand stenography in the Philippines. POSI has created the PhilSteno Program. This program is aimed to grow the number of modern Philippine stenographers using the latest technology and platforms. It is a herculean task but POSI is committed to moving forward in this endeavor Since 2019, POSI has been hosting the National Court Reporters Association (of the U.S.) A to Z Program to raise awareness of modern shorthand machine stenography among the Philippine stenography community. Among the seven thousand stenographers in the Philippines, there are only about less than 200 skilled machine stenographers, mostly who are at retiring age. POSI’s goal is to revive the next generation of machine shorthand stenographers.
