-The workmanship is poor and lacks finish. The materials used are cheap/subpar, and the fixtures are low quality. Given the construction, your house won't last a lifetime. -Some parts of the house plan were not followed. And there are things we discussed that they don't want to do. -Owner become difficult to talk to once you start claiming for warranty items. Never again. Very disappointed.
