from the beginning, the budget was clearly discuss, and we understood that evry material & finish would be based on the agreed cost. Given our budget limitations, we felt that the team was transparent about the options available rather than promising something beyond what was feasible. there were a few minor concerns during the process, but they were communicated and addressed professionally. We also apreciated that the team remained approachable and willing to discuss our concerns. 😊

-The workmanship is poor and lacks finish. The materials used are cheap/subpar, and the fixtures are low quality. Given the construction, your house won't last a lifetime. -Some parts of the house plan were not followed. And there are things we discussed that they don't want to do. -Owner become difficult to talk to once you start claiming for warranty items. Never again. Very disappointed.
